My training philosophy is "always train for change".
I have 26 years of education and experience training both individuals and groups of all sizes. I have been an AFAA certified GX instructor and NASM certified PT since the age of 17 when I fell in love with the experience of participating in both settings. My programming and old school weight room workouts can be tailored to an audience of one, a few, or the many.
My training philosophy is “always train for change”. I believe that although consistency and routine are the backbones of any fitness program, in order to get to the next level and reach your goals you have to keep the body guessing. I always seek to “raise the bar”with my clients regardless of their starting place.
My specialties include: special populations, youth fitness, women’s fitness, prenatal/postnatal fitness, overhead throwing athletes, osteoporosis and aging adults, metabolic training, athletic speed agility and quickness, reactive training, and PHP training.
