I have been a science educator for the past 22 years, with a focus on biology and more recently chemistry. From a scientific perspective, the best way we can take care of our bodies is through movement, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. I have recently navigated my own health journey, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle wellness with real life. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people recognize science over fads, ditch the extremes, and build a lifestyle that feels aligned and attainable. It’s not about perfection, it’s about consistency. Every change you make, no matter the size, is a step in the right direction.
