Monthly Nutrition Counseling
Monthly nutrition counseling is the key to keeping you on track. Your coach will check in with you at least once per week to assess your adherence to the plan, help you manage any struggles you are facing, and provide support and encouragement that will keep you pushing forward week after week. The key to any nutrition plan is your ability to be consistent over time, and working with your coach will help you do just that.
