There is a jungle of information available that can be discouraging for someone looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or achieve any health goal. I started my training career as a head coach of a collegiate track and field team. From there I moved into personal training and have loved every moment of it. Seeing a client achieve their short and long term goals is the reason I do what I do. My clients success is my #1 priority in personal training.
