Align Yoga
Align Yoga utilizes props to create optimal alignment to help stretch and strengthen the body. The use of props and modifications make this format accessible to all levels.
The practice incorporates breathing and focus into a series of postures intended to create mobility and stability for the major joints of the body.
Our sessions are capped at 6guests to ensure you receive individualized instruction by Matt Gagnon, our expert Yoga instructor.
This is an excellent class for beginners because we work at a slower pace, but people of all fitness levels will benefit from the incredible mobility and flexibility work done throughout this class.
In addition to helping you move well and feel your best, this class will develop and strengthen the muscles of the core, legs, glutes, and upper body with a focus on controlled resistance movements.
Just Jump (All levels)
All levels are welcome in this energetic, fast-paced, and challenging class. The jump board allows you to work plyometric movements into your workout routine without the high impact on your joints.
This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness, build strong, lean legs, and develop core stability and strength.

Reformer pilates
At Kansas Built Fitness, we schedule our Reformer Pilates classes in 60-minute intervals to help you get the maximum benefit from the Pilates Reformer machine.
Reformer Pilates sessions add more resistance to each exercise, making each stretch or movement more challenging. This class gives the body a complete workout compared to traditional pilates which focuses primarily on the core.
Our sessions are capped at 5guests to ensure you receive individualized instruction.
